We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. You are eligible for a full refund if you meet both of the following conditions:
- You request the refund within 24 hours of your purchase.
- You have used no more than 10% of the transcription quota or premium features allocated to your subscription plan.

6. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
